Comptroller Becomes CFO
Challenge: Being perceived by members of the Board and C-level officers of this company and sister companies as a strong leader and not just as comptroller/manager.

New Company President
Challenge: A marketing director of a company was selected to be the President of a sister company, but one in which the client had little technical knowledge, there was a need to develop a leader presence for the hundreds of employees who worked in over 15 global offices.
